Feedback, positive or negative, is always welcome as it helps us to improve our standards and the value we can provide to our clients. It is our aim not just to meet but exceed our clients’ expectations.
We ask you to take every opportunity to let us know how we are doing, whether by completing and returning any feedback form we provide you with (usually at the end of the matter) or by contacting the lawyer dealing with your matter during the course of it.
