    A current trainee Emma comments: "A contract at Taylor Vinters provides a genuinely broad training. My seat preferences have always been accommodated and I have been given the opportunity to experience a wide range of areas as a result. I have been encouraged to assume responsibility when appropriate, but have never felt without support."

    Tom qualified in September 2010 but comments: "The training at Taylor Vinters is of the highest quality and offers the opportunity of exposure to a wide range of matters. The supervisors in my experience have been willing to entrust you with responsibility while remaining approachable and supportive when needed. I joined Taylor Vinters as I wanted to have a balance between my work and personal life. That didn’t mean settling for the mediocre but rather meant that I wanted to experience high quality work in a firm which values you as a person not just a commodity."

    Drew is now fully qualified in the Commercial & Technology team but says:  "Before joining as a 'mature age' trainee I instructed Taylor Vinters on general commercial and employment matters for Booking.com. As a client I was impressed by the calm and pragmatic approach, with the end result being sage advice providing good value. As a trainee I have worked inside both those teams and three others, giving me a rounded training experience with exposure to a variety of mentors who have challenged me in a healthy way to refine the skills I need to be a trusted legal advisor."
