Adam is a partner in the corporate group at Taylor Vinters and is also the firm's food and agriculture sector head. Adam's corporate practice spans a range of sectors from agribusiness to hi-tech and in particular he focuses on M&A transactions and joint ventures, including cross-border, mainly involving owner-managed businesses. 

He works regularly with angel and VC-funded companies and their management teams on seed capital raising and on further funding rounds.  Adam is a licensed insolvency practitioner and undertakes a wide range of corporate recovery, business turnaround and formal insolvency assignments.

Adam also leads the firm's renewable energy practice and has led a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers in relation to the commercial and operational aspects of setting up and running various renewable energy projects.
