Taylor Vinters - Solicitors

Amy is a partner and head of the Taylor Vinters' planning and development team. Amy specialises in planning law.  She was formerly principal solicitor at East Cambridgeshire District Council before joining Taylor Vinters and therefore has a unique insight into the local authority planning process.

She advises on planning applications, planning, listed building and enforcement notice appeals, planning obligations and general planning advice, including rights of way.  Amy also undertakes regular prosecution work for local authorities for planning-related offences as well as providing legal advice for planning committees and providing emergency legal cover.

Amy acts for major developers in the Cambridgeshire region securing planning permission and negotiating on planning agreements.
