Having worked in the city of London for over 11 years, Anita is a partner of the employment team based in our London office. Anita generally acts for employers, but also acts for high net worth senior executives which gives clients the benefit of someone who has sat on both sides of the fence. Anita has extensive experience of restrictive covenant issues and high court injunctions and has advised on these and other complex employment disputes for the financial, recruitment, travel and construction sectors. Anita is also known as the “Lawyer’s lawyer” and offers “in-house feel” advice to professional services firms such as law firms and accountancy practices, dealing with both their internal HR issues and also offering outsourced employment advice for her clients who do not have an employment department. Anita frequently advises on senior/board level exits, managing performance issues, and absence management, as well as complex bonus issues.
