Ben is a solicitor in the commercial and technology team at Taylor Vinters. Ben assists in all aspects of the commercial and technology team's work, including IT, outsourcing, intellectual property protection and general commercial work.
He has advised on a range of issues from franchising, commercial terms and conditions and outsourcing agreements through to software licencing, data protection and website hosting and development. Ben is also in the charities and education group.
