Christine is a partner in the employment team based at our Cambridge office, and also heads Taylor Vinters’ education practice and is described by clients in Legal 500 as being “quick, informative and reliable”.

Christine has extensive contacts throughout the East of England and works closely with trustee boards of charities and also with governing boards of educational institutions on management of academic staff. The Legal 500 describe Christine as being “responsive, proactive and approachable”. Known for her professionalism, lateral thinking and commercial outlook, one of Christine’s strengths is strategically advising at board level on all aspects of senior executive recruitment, performance management and exits.

Christine led Taylor Vinters’ as managing partner for ten years, where she devised and led the firm’s own HR strategy, and clients reap the benefits from her extensive first hand experience.

In addition to her legal practice, Christine is a trustee of the Desmond Elliott Charitable Trust, which administers an annual literary prize of £10,000 for the best new work of fiction by a first-time novelist; and a trustee of Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust.  She also chairs the development board of the Papworth Trust, an advisory board to the trust’s leadership team.  Christine has served two terms on the CBI’s regional council in the East of England.
