Claire Green joined the firm in 2007 as a trainee and qualified into the commercial disputes team in September 2009.                  

Claire has already advised and assisted on a variety of matters ranging from general contractual and property disputes to the specialised areas of insolvency and competition law.  As well as operating in the forums of the High and County Courts, Claire has experience of mediations and has recently assisted on a successful Judicial Review application.
