Edward is a partner and head of the commercial disputes team. He is recognised as a ‘Leader in his Field’ in the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession. He has an effective, commonsense approach to litigation issues and a very wide range of experience in handling large and complex cases.
Edward has represented clients in many leading cases in a variety of fields including competition law, property, contract law, libel, arbitration and judicial review proceedings. Edward is also trained as a mediator.
