Emma is a partner in the personal injury team at Taylor Vinters and has over 20 years experience of claimant personal injury litigation.

Emma specialises in compensation claims for the victims of brain injury and handles a variety of cases, comprising mainly of major injury claims, which include brain injury, serious orthopaedic injuries, fatal injuries and children's claims, arising from road traffic accidents (including applications to the Motor Insurers' Bureau under their Uninsured and Untraced Drivers' Agreements), accidents at work, occupiers' liability claims, and CICA (Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority) claims.

Emma is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel, APIL (the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and is a member of the steering group for ERBIF (the Eastern Region Brain Injury Forum).  She is on the steering group of the Eastern Region Vocational Rehabilitation Forum.
