Taylor Vinters - Solicitors

Kim joined the employment team in September 2011, having completed her training contract with the firm and qualifying as a solicitor.

She has a strong commercial background with experience in areas of commercial technology and commercial/construction disputes and is attuned to clients’ commercial needs.  She has already gained experience on a range of employment matters including tribunal claims, contract reviews and compromise agreements.

Kim is also helping to build the team’s international expertise. A recent project required managing a legal due diligence in 64 different jurisdictions across the world. 

Kim is fluent in Serbo-Croat. She also takes a lead in many of the firm’s charitable activities, such as competing in the London Virgin Triathlon as part of a firm wide team to generate funding for East Anglian Children’s Hospices (one of the firm’s sponsored charities of the year).
