Laurence is a partner in the Commerical Dispute Resolution team at Taylor Vinters.

He has a wide experience of international and domestic commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has a particular specialisation in insolvency law. Other key areas of expertise include general corporate, complex contractual interpretation, banking, risk management, fiduciary responsibilities and professional negligence.

Laurence has acted for a broad range of clients, including individuals, corporates and insolvency practitioners.

Laurence is a member of the following organisations:

- r3 Associates of Business Recovery Professionals - he sits on the r3 Council as the representative for the Eastern Region
