Taylor Vinters - Solicitors

Miriam is an associate in the personal injury team at Taylor Vinters.  She handles a variety of cases ranging from minor to major injuries but specialises in compensation claims for the victims of brain injury.

Miriam's caseload also includes claims involving serious orthopaedic injuries, psychiatric injuries, fatal injuries and children's claims, arising from road traffic accidents (including applications to the Motor Insurers' Bureau under their Uninsured and Untraced Drivers' Agreements), accidents at work, occupiers' liability claims, and CICA (Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority) claims.

Miriam is a member of APIL (the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).   She is also the administrator and on the steering group of the Eastern Region Vocational Rehabilitation Forum.
