Nigel specialises in contentious property work, relating to freehold disputes and landlord and tenant disputes, both commercial and residential and has acted on applications not only to the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, but the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, Land Tribunal, Agricultural Land Tribunal and HM Adjudicator to the Land Registry.
