Quentin is a partner in the corporate team. He has undertaken a wide variety of corporate and commercial work, both in New Zealand and the UK.
Quentin deals primarily with sales, acquisitions, venture capital financing and restructuring - with a particular emphasis on early stage clients. His recent work includes the sale of a UK technology business to a US buyer and a restructuring and share buyback for a UK technology company.
He has also acted for numerous early stage companies on funding rounds to business angels and VC’s.
