Rachel is a partner in Taylor Vinters' employment team based at our Cambridge office. She deals with a whole spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment issues and has extensive experience of defending litigation claims in a cost effective, speedy manner. Rachel also advises on restructures and complex TUPE disputes. Rachel also deals with commercial litigation and non-contentious commercial agreements.

In addition to her employment practice, Rachel also heads up the firm's horse racing and equine team and has consolidated her national reputation advising on a variety of issues in the horse racing industry. The Legal 500 notes that “her industry knowledge and business acumen are probably the best we are likely to get in this country”.

Rachel acts for the National Trainers Federation, the Federation of Bloodstock Agents and the Thoroughbred Breeders' Association. She also works for Weatherbys, who are responsible for the administration of British racing and numerous individual trainers, owners and studs.
