Richard is a consultant with Taylor Vinters' employment team and otherwise a sole practitioner specialising in employment law based in Ipswich and London Docklands. He is also a part-time employment judge.

Richard has been practising employment law for the past 25 years. He currently acts for a wide range of local, regional and global organisations advising on the full range of individual and collective employment issues. Clients include Hutchison Ports UK Ltd, owners of the ports of Felixstowe, Harwich and Thamesport.
