Rated as a “Leader in his field” in both the Legal 500 and Chambers’ Directory, Roger’s practice includes a lot of international work. He works extensively with major corporates in the UK and overseas, and has particular expertise in advising multi-national businesses on how to overcome the challenges of employing people in multiple jurisdictions, and working on worldwide workforce restructuring projects. 

Heading up the Taylor Vinters’ employment team and based in our Cambridge office, Roger also has an excellent reputation for his work with higher education institutions, technology companies and professional service firms.

Recent examples of Roger’s work include the dismissal of the CEO of a North American subsidiary of a UK PLC, the managed exit of a CEO of a national charity, a complex workforce restructuring for a major unionised media group and advice on employment issues across nine countries to a FTSE 100 company purchasing a rival.

An accomplished speaker and presenter, Roger regularly speaks at conferences on employment law issues.  He also appears on TV and radio, and writes on employment law for newspapers and magazines.
