Sasha joined Taylor Vinters in 2010 after a number of years working in the in-house legal team for the John Lewis Partnership.

Having been a “client” for so many years, Sasha is now on the other side of the fence, and is able to utilise her first-hand knowledge of what clients expect from their lawyer, to offer practical cost-effective solutions to their employment issues.

Sasha advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.  A fluent French speaker, Sasha’s practice has an international dimension as well as the work she undertakes for UK-based business and organisations. She has extensive experience of advising on employment tribunal cases and is a skilled advocate.

In addition to her retail and commercial expertise, Sasha has developed a strong practice with education clients especially in the higher education sector. Clients praise Sasha’s ability to deliver results with speed and efficiency.

She is an accomplished speaker and trainer who regularly presents at seminars and conferences.  Sasha has devised and presented training for clients’ in-house staff on a wide range of employment law issues. Sasha has been described as a “natural presenter” who is “very engaging and concise.”
