Shelley is a legal executive in Taylor Vinters' employment team and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Shelley is popular with our clients and is the first port of call for a number of them including Domino Printing Sciences, global technology giant, ARM Holdings plc, international biotech company Genzyme, and Darley Stud. She is known for her efficient solid advice and is extremely practical and commercial in her outlook. In addition to advising on the full spectrum of employment issues, Shelley has also worked with several multinational clients on international aspects of employment law, including advising on contractual matters, terminations and redundancy situations.  She has advised unionised employers regarding matters of collective consultation involving workforces of more than 200 employees.

Shelley has worked on several employment tribunal cases and is one of the team’s key litigators. She is regularly involved in the drafting and negotiation of compromise agreements and the drafting of client handbooks, policies and procedures.  She regularly provides employment law input and assistance in corporate transactions.
Shelley has also delivered training to clients which has been extremely popular and highly commended.
