Steven is a partner in the commercial property & development team. He is recognised as a 'Leader in the Field' in the latest edition of the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.
Steven has wide experience in all areas of commercial property work. He specialises particularly in commercial property investment and in development work, including the acquisition and disposal of investment properties and development agreements.
Other work includes banking and advising insolvency practitioners in property insolvency matters. He is also a specialist in dilapidations claims.
