Taylor Vinters - Solicitors

Tim is an associate and heads the construction team at Taylor Vinters. He has wide experience of advising on and drafting construction contracts, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees, bonds and consultants’ appointments. He also worked extensively for charities and public bodies, where VAT avoidance has been central.

In-depth experience of the education sector has given Tim invaluable experience of the Learning and Skills Council Framework Agreement. Tim also regularly advises clients on construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration and the fast moving area of adjudication.
