Taylor Vinters - Solicitors

Tom is a partner in Taylor Vinters' commercial technology team.  He has a degree in Cybernetics and control Engineering.  He worked as an automation engineer for a multinational for 4 years before retraining in law.

Encompassing a broad based background, Tom specialises in taking technology companies from start-up to trade sale or IPO, particularly concentrating on protecting and exploiting intellectual property to create value.

Tom’s practice includes all aspects of IT, intellectual property and commercial advice for TMT organisations and University technology transfer offices. His industry background gives him a strong commercial slant in his advice and he is considered by many clients as their “in house lawyer”.
