Horse racing

Our day to day contact with trainers, major studs, bloodstock agents and other related organisations means that we are intimately acquainted with the demands of our clients' businesses and ready to help resolve their legal problems.  We understand our clients' motivations and aspirations.

The bloodstock world is also increasingly international.  Deals which may have been done in Europe are now just as likely to involve Japan, Australia or the Arab states.  Dual hemisphere covering has implications not just for the stallions involved but also as to the jurisdication for any disputes which may arise.

We are proud of our clients who are at the very top of the horseracing industry and include trade associations the National Trainers’ Federation, the Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association and the Federation of Bloodstock Agents; Jockey Club Estates, the owners of Newmarket’s training grounds; racing’s admininistrators Weatherbys; educational organisations the British Horseracing Education and Standards Trust, the British Racing School and Northern Racing Colleges; and a number of major trainers and studs including Darley.

We have built up a wide network of contacts and experts – whether veterinary, bloodstock or land agent - to whom we can direct clients, and who can often open further doors and make the connections our clients need to get ahead.

We are not afraid to be innovative in solutions we offer to your problems.  We value the relationships we have with our clients and believe we add real value to the success of their business and other ventures.
