Our construction team is made up of two units; non-contentious work includes advising on terms of building contracts, consultants' appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees. Our contentious unit handles disputes that are litigated or resolved by arbitration or mediation.
Both units have a strong reputation for successfully using the adjudication process to solve contractual problems without recourse to expensive and lengthy court action.
