Social Housing - OJEU Framework Agreements
Advising on OJU Framework Agreements including creating a structure that will enable framework agreements to be rolled out across a number of counties to achieve RP's desired outcomes. We also advise on legal aspects of the procurement process for RP's who are tendering for service contracts as well as risk management advice for contracts with the public sector that are in force.
