Our Social Housing team deal with site acquisition for regeneration and new development. In tandem with our corporate lawyers we advise on innovative structures to achieve development goals. We advise on low cost home ownership initiatives including key worker and shared ownership schemes.
Clients also ask us for support and guidance on title investigation and future mortgagability and we undertake full title investigations and report back.
We negotiate agreements conditional on planning, funding, TSA consent and documentation with third parties, for example, local authorities. We review title and contract documents to address mortgagee's requirements.
