Housing Management
We have a dedicated Housing Management Team, which handles all aspects of housing management and property disputes. We advise on the drafting of Tenancy Agreements, and deal with all aspects of housing management including ASBOs and ASBIs. We regularly provide advice on injunctions to prevent further antisocial behaviour, or to allow access in the event that tenants do not allow the Registered Provider in to inspect gas appliances.
We advise on rent collection, noise nuisance and can assist with those difficult to handle matters such as assisting with family intervention where a Tenant has been behaving erratically due to the onset of dementia.
