Lasting Powers of Attorney

Most people dread to think what might happen if they became physically and/or mentally incapable of managing their affairs.

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that can help in many ways by allowing you to appoint people whom you trust to act as your Attorney in the event that you were to lose your ability to decide for yourself. Once registered with the Court of Protection, your Attorney can then make decisions on your behalf which you would normally make yourself, for example collecting your income and paying your bills.

Our lawyers can help you form an LPA whilst you are still capable. We can also act as professional receiver to provide ongoing handling services in the event that someone you know has lost their capability.
